Our Policies: Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation.
This will allow you time to check in with the front desk, change into
 a smock, enjoy a complementary beverage or preview a possible new
look in our hairstyling  books or magazines. 

Late Arrival 
 
To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to
reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to
another convenient time.


Cancellations
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business
day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate
other guests and will be greatlyappreciated. We understand
emergencies  occur and schedules change.  Please be advised that
in repeat cancellation instances a credit card guarantee will be
required to reserve a future appointment. A  50% fee will be charged
based on reserved services if it should be cancelled.

Gratuities
Falls Salon does not allow gratuities to be added to any credit card,
debit card or check purchases.

Children
The Falls Salon welcomes all well-behaved children. 
Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or
climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in the 
styling areas.   Most drawers at The Falls Salon contain
sharp objects and chemicals that could potentially be dangerous
to unsuspecting children.  

Cell Phones
We strongly discourage the use of cell phones or two-ways in the
styling and color areas.  We encourage you to turn your
cell ringers to the vibtrate setting when you arrive.

Payment
The Falls Salon accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover and Debit cards, in-state Personal Checks and Cash  
for payment of Products and Services. 

Returns/Refunds
The Falls Salon proudly stands behind all products we
recommend and sell.  Should you find dissatifaction with any
product purchased at The Falls Salon we will gladly apply the full
value of the returned product to another product of your choice. 
Electrical appliances (ie. blow dryers, flat irons curling irons...)
may be returned within 14 days of purchase providing the
packaging  and it's contents are undamaged and consistent with
the date of original sale.  All sales of brushes, combs and hair
accessories such as head bands, clips, barrettes etc. are final.
Hairdressing is a form of artistic expression.  We at the Falls Salon
celebrate the creativity and individuality of our service providers. 
They are committed to their art as well as to serving you. 
If you are dissatisfied with one of our stylist's artistic impression
please call and give us the opportunity to work through it with you. 
It may be something that can be remedied quickly by the same stylist
or you may select to work with another of our multitalented stylist.

Color Formulas
All hair-color formulas are the intellectual property of The Falls Salon
 and are available for licencing.  Sould you find youself relocating to
another area or have a friend and/or family member who loves your
hair but is out of town and is unable to visit us at The Falls Salon,
we are happy to provide this option for you.  
To purchase a formula the cost is $150.00 each.   
However we do recommend you seek out a professional stylist
from a reputable salon to assist you with any chemical service
for your hair.
